Purpose:
Reviewing and correcting assessments, hearing complaints of all persons considering themselves aggrieved by such assessment, and if it shall appear that any person has been wrongfully assessed, or omitted from the roll, the Board shall correct the roll in such manner as they shall deem just.
Review in the City Charter
Appointment:
Appointment to the Board shall be based upon knowledge and experience in property valuation.
Membership:
Members appointed shall serve for a term of three years.
Meetings:
Meetings are held in March, July and December at the Eastpointe City Hall.
