The City Manager serves as the Director
of Personnel in accordance with the City Charter, and the Assistant City Manager
serves as the Secretary to the Civil Service Commission.
The Personnel Division is located at the
Office of the City Manager, Eastpointe City Hall, 23200 Gratiot Avenue,
Eastpointe, Michigan 48021. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to
